Following the release of the G02 Player model, it was only natural to expand this new line with a version inspired by the G01’s design. Created for demanding musicians, the Player series stands out for its minimalist, versatile instruments, ready to handle any situation from stage to studio.

The G01 Player combines an aluminium body with a Canadian maple neck, offering a lightweight, solid build with long-lasting resonance. Weighing only 3.2 kg, it delivers great playing comfort, even during extended sessions.

Design

The design retains the silhouette of the G01, featuring a neck and fretboard made of Canadian maple for a clean, refined look. The headstock, designed in a straight line, takes inspiration from the characteristic curves of our basses, creating a modern silhouette. The two powerful P90 pickups give the model a bold visual and sonic identity.
Sound

The neck and fingerboard, both made from Canadian maple, deliver a sharp and precise sound, characteristic of this wood. The two P90 pickups, positioned at the neck and bridge, give the G01 Player a strong, muscular, and balanced sound. These pickups deliver a tonal signature that suits genres such as rock, hard rock, and blues. Equipped with a 3-way switch, a volume knob, and a tone control, the G01 Player focuses on the essentials.

Another major advantage: when unplugged, the G01 Player resonates incredibly loudly, much more so than most electric guitars, making it an exceptionally vibrant instrument even without amplification.

Playability

The G01 Player features a neck with a 25.5” scale length (a standard widely used by Fender), providing precise and comfortable playability. Its modern C-shape profile and 9.5” radius ensure a pleasant and natural feel. Additionally, with a weight of only 3.2 kg, the guitar remains lightweight and easy to play, even during long sessions.

Aluminium body
The use of aluminium in string instruments combines performance, durability, and aesthetics. This material offers a rich, clear, and precise sound, with extended sustain, while ensuring excellent vibration transmission.
For electrified instruments, it eliminates electromagnetic interference, delivering a pure, noiseless sound.
Aluminium is also more stable and durable than wood, requiring less maintenance. Like wood, it can be endlessly customized using various techniques such as anodizing, painting, surface treatment, or laser engraving.

With cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, aluminium proves to be the ideal solution for instruments that are both innovative, high-performing, and aesthetically pleasing.
