Orders

Yes, all our instruments are sold directly through our webshop. This allows us to offer a consistent experience and direct support throughout your purchase.

Ready-to-ship instruments are fully built models available immediately. Some may have been used for shows or content creation (photo/video), but each one is unique and ready to ship within days.

Once your order is placed, you will receive updates by email. For any specific request or status check, you can contact us directly at support@steelyjam.com.

Changes or cancellations may be possible early in production. Contact us quickly at support@steelyjam.com so we can review your request.

Shipping and delivery

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping options and availability depend on your location and are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Production takes 3 to 8 weeks depending on the availability of parts at the workshop. Ready-to-ship models are delivered within a few days once dispatched.

VAT may be included depending on your location. All applicable taxes are clearly displayed at checkout before confirming your order.

For orders outside the EU, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country. These are not included and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email to follow your delivery in real time.

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos. We will assist you quickly to find a suitable solution.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days to return your instrument. Contact us within this period and we will guide you through the process and provide a return label.

We recommend using the original packaging to ensure safe return. Using different packaging may affect the condition and eligibility of the return.

Once your instrument is received and checked, we will proceed to a full refund. Processing time depends on your payment method.

Product care

Like any guitar, use a soft slightly damp cloth to clean finishes, hardware and neck. For unfinished rosewood fretboards, we recommend using lemon oil to nourish the wood.

Keep your instrument clean and dry after playing. Regular wiping and proper storage help prevent oxidation and maintain hardware condition over time.

Warranty

All our instruments benefit from a limited 5-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. See our warranty page for full details.

Our warranty applies to the original purchaser. For second-hand instruments, please contact us to review possible support options.
