We ship from Belgium to most international mainland destinations. Shipping availability depends on your location and will be confirmed at checkout. Some remote areas, islands or regions with complex logistics may not be eligible or may require additional fees. If your location falls outside our standard shipping zones, our team will contact you to confirm the best available options. Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. All shipments are handled via UPS with insured and trackable service. For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes or local fees may apply and remain the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the shipping cost. Our goal is to offer an efficient and cost effective delivery service, ensuring reliable shipping conditions for every order. Packaging is carefully designed to protect each instrument during transit and minimize risk of damage.

Delivery times

Delivery times generally range from 2 to 3 business days from the moment you receive your tracking number. Once shipped, you will be able to follow your order in real time via UPS tracking. Address changes may be possible before dispatch by contacting support@steelyjam.com with your order number. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, modifications are no longer guaranteed. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us directly with relevant details and photos so we can assist you quickly.
