We hope you love our instruments as much as we do. But if it’s not the right fit, you can return your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
Process
If you are not completely satisfied, don’t worry. We have planned a smooth and straightforward return process to make things simple and reassuring. Our goal is to ensure you feel confident every step of the way, with clear guidance, fast response times, and reliable support from our team throughout the entire return experience:

- We will send you a pre-paid return label.
- Secure the guitar in its original box.
- Drop it off at your nearest delivery point.
Conditions
To receive a full refund, the instrument must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal testing. This means:
- No damage or marks beyond what is necessary to try the instrument.
- No missing parts, tools or accessories.
- Packed carefully in the original Steelyjam packaging.
If the product shows signs of use beyond normal testing, or arrives damaged or incomplete, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the loss in value, as permitted by law.
Refund
Refunds are issued after a thorough inspection of the instrument to confirm it meets our return conditions. Once approved, your refund is processed within 14 days and processed directly using your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We handle each return efficiently and transparently, with clear updates throughout the process for a smooth and reliable experience.
