Warranty
Your Steelyjam instrument comes with a limited 5-year warranty. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for the original owner, subject to the terms and conditions listed below.
Duration
This warranty is valid for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase and applies exclusively to the original retail purchaser. Proof of purchase is required to validate any warranty claim. This coverage reflects our commitment to durability and long-term reliability. In the event of a replacement or repair, the warranty continues for the remaining duration of the original coverage period. This warranty does not extend or renew with replaced parts or instruments. It applies only to products purchased through authorised channels and used under normal playing conditions.
Coverage
What is covered:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural integrity of the aluminium body and core components
- Original hardware and electronics installed at the time of purchase
- Functional issues affecting normal use of the instrument
- Assembly defects impacting performance or reliability
What is not covered:
- Normal wear and tear from regular use (frets, strings, finishes)
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper handling
- Modifications, alterations or unauthorised repairs
- Environmental damage (humidity, temperature, corrosion)
- Instruments not owned by the original purchaser or bought second-hand
Service
Reach out to us at support@steelyjam.com with your proof of purchase and a clear description of the issue. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will arrange the appropriate solution, whether it involves repair, replacement of parts, or replacement of the instrument. Depending on the case, you may be asked to return the instrument for inspection. We aim to handle each request efficiently, with clear communication and reliable support throughout the entire service process.
