This timeframe is indicative and mainly depends on the availability of parts currently in stock in our workshop. Delivery can be faster, as reducing the delay between order confirmation and shipping remains one of our main priorities. We continuously work to keep the necessary parts available in order to optimize production and assembly.

Take the time to discover the instrument in your own environment with our 30-day return policy. This approach allows you to experience the feel, balance, resonance, and response of the instrument without pressure or compromise. For more information, please refer to our FAQ or home trial section.

Each instrument is assembled, adjusted, and carefully inspected in our workshop before shipping. Action, intonation, neck adjustment, electronics, hardware, and finishing details are individually checked on every model. Every instrument leaves the workshop in optimal playing condition and ready for immediate use.

The Steelyjam deluxe hardshell case combines a rigid protective structure with a vintage-inspired aesthetic. Its textured beige tweed exterior is paired with brown leather-style corners and handle, white bindings, and gold hardware details. The interior keeps the instrument stable during transport, while the large internal compartment provides space for accessories and documents.

Designed and built for comfort.

The Epsilon Standard features a neck profile entirely designed by Steelyjam, shaped for a natural and comfortable grip across all playing styles. Built from roasted maple with a rosewood fretboard and a 12″ radius, it combines stability with a familiar tonal response. The high-gloss finish brings a smooth, premium feel and supports long-term durability. Each neck undergoes a tension-based leveling process, improving accuracy and consistency along the fretboard. Locking tuners allow quick and easy string changes while maintaining solid tuning stability. With its traditional 24.75″ scale length, the instrument feels immediately comfortable and intuitive to play. In partnership with Elixir Strings, all our models are equipped with OPTIWEB .010-.046 strings, selected for their crisp tone, natural feel, and extended lifespan.

Trio of single coils for classic tone.

The Epsilon Standard is equipped with three Steelyjam single-coil pickups, designed to offer a clear and open tonal response. Particular attention has been given to their design, achieving a balance between vintage character and modern precision. The set is carefully calibrated in output to maintain consistency and balance across all positions. A dedicated blender control allows the middle pickup to be added or removed in any position, giving direct control over the overall balance. This control turns the middle pickup into a powerful tool for shaping your tone. Each wiring is based on our original and universal PCB, enabling clean assembly and quick component changes without soldering.

A trusted vibrato system.

Who hasn’t experienced tuning issues when using a vibrato? Our system is designed to address this with a focus on consistency and control. Based on a classic vintage architecture, it allows controlled pitch movement with a stable return to pitch. Equipped with calibrated springs, it maintains consistent tension for reliable tuning, even with repeated use. Its clean vintage look reflects a straightforward and functional design.

The advantages of an aluminium body.

The one-piece aluminium body defines the foundation of Steelyjam instruments. It combines precision manufacturing with long-term reliability, using advanced CNC machining and laser cutting to create a rigid, stable welded structure. Aluminium delivers a clear and balanced tonal response, with direct vibration transfer across the entire body. Its conductive properties also help reduce electromagnetic interference, resulting in a clean and noiseless signal. Like wood, it can be endlessly customised using techniques such as anodising, painting, surface treatment, or laser engraving. Resistant to temperature and humidity variations, it maintains its structural integrity over time.
