This timeframe is indicative and mainly depends on the availability of parts currently in stock in our workshop. Delivery can be faster, as reducing the delay between order confirmation and shipping remains one of our main priorities. We continuously work to keep the necessary parts available in order to optimize production and assembly.

Take the time to discover the instrument in your own environment with our 30-day return policy. This approach allows you to experience the feel, balance, resonance, and response of the instrument without pressure or compromise. For more information, please refer to our FAQ or home trial section.

Each instrument is assembled, adjusted, and carefully inspected in our workshop before shipping. Action, intonation, neck adjustment, electronics, hardware, and finishing details are individually checked on every model. Every instrument leaves the workshop in optimal playing condition and ready for immediate use.

The Steelyjam deluxe hardshell case combines a rigid protective structure with a vintage-inspired aesthetic. Its textured beige tweed exterior is paired with brown leather-style corners and handle, white bindings, and gold hardware details. The interior keeps the instrument stable during transport, while the large internal compartment provides space for accessories and documents.

The best materials for playability.

Built around an Allparts Select VIN-MOD neck, crafted in Japan from one-piece AAA+ roasted flame maple, this setup focuses on precision and long-term stability. The 25.5″ scale, “C” profile, and 10″ radius define a clear and direct playing feel. Hipshot Grip-Lock™ open gear tuners with an 18:1 ratio ensure smooth adjustment, quick string changes, and solid tuning hold. In partnership with Elixir Strings, OPTIWEB-coated sets complete the setup with a crisp tone, natural feel, and extended lifespan.

One of the most timeless humbucker pairings ever built.

Hand built in California (Santa Barbara), the Seymour Duncan JB (SH-4) and Jazz (SH-2N) humbucker set, developed in 1974, stands as a reference and has defined the sound of countless players. These pickups deliver a wide tonal range, from sparkling cleans to rich, harmonically complex overdrive. The JB bridge model brings punch, sustain, and clarity, while the Jazz neck model adds smooth articulation and warmth. Together, they form a well-balanced pairing, refined over decades and used by players such as Randy Rhoads, Jeff Beck, and Seymour W. Duncan himself.

A partnership founded on innovation.

The Schaller 3D-6 bridge reflects German engineering at its finest. Designed for precision and versatility, it offers full 3-dimensional adjustment, allowing accurate control over string height, intonation, and spacing to match any playing style. Its Pure Sound brass roller saddles ensure smooth string movement, excellent tuning stability, and optimal vibration transfer. This advanced level of adjustability enables a highly refined setup, delivering consistent feel and accuracy across the entire fretboard. Built for reliability and long-term performance, it provides a solid foundation for both tone and playability.

Behind the Matte forest finish, the aluminium body.

Behind the Matte forest paint lies the one-piece aluminium body that defines the foundation of Steelyjam instruments. It combines precision manufacturing with long-term reliability, using advanced CNC machining and laser cutting to create a rigid, stable welded structure. Aluminium delivers a clear and balanced tonal response, with direct vibration transfer across the entire body. Its conductive properties also help reduce electromagnetic interference, resulting in a clean and noiseless signal. Like wood, it can be endlessly customised using techniques such as anodising, painting, surface treatment, or laser engraving. Resistant to temperature and humidity variations, it maintains its structural integrity over time.
